THE SUSPENSION METHOD
Our suspension training utilises resistance and the TRX system and encourages clients and any participants to challenge their perception of this
way of working out.
We turn the suspension training on its head by fusing traditional pilates and select traditional pilates reformer exercises with dance, balance, aspects of HIIT and circuit, all encompassing our method of focusing on correct posture
alignment and muscle recruitment.
