Our one day P3 workshop is available to fitness professionals, clients and anyone with an interest in learning more about the pelvic floor and physiological changes which happen during pregnancy and postpartum.

Our 6 hour workshop is:

  • NZREPs (NZ Registry of Exercise Professionals) accredited.

  • 4.5 REPs CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
    points including certification upon completion.

  • One day workshop.

  • Includes theory and practical application.

  • Opportunity to workshop with peer to peer learning.

  • A 70 page manual for utilisation on the day and for
    you to take home for reference.

  • Over 40 exercises with best practises included.

  • A skeleton waiver form for you and your clients.

  • Ongoing support and contact from The Method NZ should any
    queries arise on your journey after this point.

  • Access to our P3 community group.

  • Endorsed by physiotherapist's, those in health education, chiropractors, pilates professionals, F45, pole & aerial trainers and more.
