Katie has been a face of Barre in NZ, London and Internationally, as well as being qualified in Reformer, Barre, Pilates, TRX and Yin Yoga.
Katie is also a Pelvic Floor Safe practitioner, with a special interest and extensive training in pregnancy & postpartum exercise. Katie loves to facilitate a space for bodies to feel movement and guide others to feel, share and enjoy their movement whilst sharing in their own communities.
