Jane's passion and love for all things movement is enhanced by her Barre, HIIT Pilates and
Reformer training.
A professional dance career plus years of teaching both in NZ and internationally means Jane is equipped to help aid your teaching and progress your training.
You'll enter a new level of dynamic and challenging workouts with her infectious energy and incredible soundtrack.
Katie has been a face of Barre in NZ, London and Internationally, as well as being qualified in Reformer, Barre, Pilates, TRX and Yin Yoga.
Katie is also a qualified PT, Pelvic Floor Safe practitioner, with a special interest and extensive training in pregnancy & postpartum exercise. Katie loves to facilitate a space for bodies to feel movement and guide others to feel, share and enjoy their movement whilst sharing in their own communities.
